📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Delivery Timeframe
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
- If the order is not received after 2 delivery attempts, it will be returned and future COD orders may be restricted.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Pakistan only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
📬 Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel.
📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
- Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier within 5–7 business days.
