✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns only accepted if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (Hair Oil, Shampoo, Face Wash, Beauty Cream)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Orders where delivery was refused without valid reason
- Sale or promotional items (e.g. Ramadan Offer bundles)
🔄 Return Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email rivaajmahalpk4@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the issue
- Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we arrange pickup or guide you to send the product back
- Return shipping is covered by Rivaaj Mahal if product is defective or incorrect
💰 Refund Policy
- Since all orders are COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days after return is received and inspected
- You will be notified via WhatsApp once refund is sent
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
🔁 Replacement Policy
- Wrong or damaged product? We send a free replacement once return is confirmed
- Replacement dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval
⚠️ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference
- Results from herbal products vary person to person — lack of visible results is not a valid return reason
- Misuse of this policy may result in being blocked from future orders
